Timbren Rubber Spring Overload Systems give very substantial additional spring rate when needed and become inactive automatically when not needed. The kit contains appropriate bracketing, bolts, and rubber springs engineered for the specific vehicle. In nearly all cases the existing bump out stop and brackets are removed and the Timbren bracket bolts to the same site. The rubber spring is bolted to the Timbren bracket. When loaded, the Timbren Rubber Spring takes a portion of the load directly between the control arm and the frame in most front applications and between the axle and frame on most rear applications.
