Extra leaf kits can be used to gain load capacity and height. Husky Spring lists many predefined kits by year, make, model & OEM leaf count. These kits come with u-bolts, center bolts, application specific extra leaves, and in some cases spacers or blocks to achieve even more height. If clearance for plowing, larger tires, or higher appearance are needed along with more load carrying capacity, extra leaf kits can be a practical and inexpensive upgrade.
